• Full-Time - Direct Hire

Pay : $30-$38 per hour + bonus opportunities

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Overview

A growing medical aesthetic practice in Franklin is seeking a warm, professional, and client-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide non-invasive body contouring treatments in a calm, spa-like environment.

This role blends clinical skills with an elevated client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a patient-facing aesthetic setting, enjoys educating clients, and is confident guiding them through treatment plans under the supervision of a Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Treatment Duties

Perform non-invasive body contouring treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines.

Conduct comprehensive consultations to determine candidacy and tailor treatment plans.

Deliver treatments with professionalism, warmth, and attention to client comfort.

Monitor progress, document outcomes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for medical aesthetic services.

Complete required manufacturer training and certification (training provided; occasional travel may be required).

Client Experience

Create a friendly, welcoming, spa-like atmosphere for clients.

Educate and guide clients confidently through treatment recommendations and decisions.

Build strong rapport that supports long-term client relationships.

Provide clear post-treatment instructions and follow-up support.

Operational & Growth Support

Assist practice leadership with improving workflow and daily operations.

Contribute to marketing efforts such as social media engagement or educational content (as needed).

Share knowledge with team members regarding treatment protocols and best practices.

Provide feedback to enhance services and support continued business growth.

Qualifications :

Active, unrestricted Tennessee or Compact RN license.

BLS certification required.

Minimum 1+ year of recent experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or a Medical Spa environment.

Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience overall.

Experience with aesthetic procedures or body-contouring treatments preferred (training provided).
