Overview of the AP Specialist Role :

Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and monthly lease payments.

Keep banking programs on track-virtual credit cards, ACH, Positive Pay, and more.

Work closely with Finance and other teams to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting.

Spot issues early and suggest improvements to make processes even better.

Qualifications for the AP Specialist Role :

3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.

Strong skills with MS Office 365 and clear, professional communication.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities without missing deadlines.
