A company is looking for a Program Manager (Client Services).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day customer satisfaction for assigned accounts and resolve issues
Communicate order status and manage returns and inquiries from recipients
Monitor customer programs for compliance with expectations and proof invoices for accuracy
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Fluent in English and French
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in collaborating with customers and various departments
