Business Justification :

This role will provide support for EHRM, DHMSM, and IHS onboarding / offboarding processes, with a focus on personnel supporting the OCI Integration activities, to include overseeing the end-to-end domain access approval and provisioning process, OCI access, and ensuring all resources supporting Oracle Health federal contracts meet compliance and security requirements.

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to serve as a

• Program Security Administrator
• supporting our federally contracted business. This highly visible role is critical to safeguarding contract compliance, facilitating smooth onboarding / offboarding, and overseeing access provisioning for all personnel working with Oracle Health federal customers.

You will partner closely with the onboarding / offboarding and domain access teams to manage the secure, compliant movement of personnel and oversee access approvals. The ideal candidate combines exceptional organizational skills, robust knowledge of federal compliance, strong communication abilities, and relentless follow-through to ensure all requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
