Grants Specialist

A company is looking for a Grants Specialist to support grant planning, writing, and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Director of Grants in identifying growth opportunities and forecasting future grant directions

Conduct research to identify potential funders and cultivate relationships through outreach and presentations

Draft grant proposals and ensure compliance with funder guidelines while maintaining accurate CRM records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, English, or Nonprofit Management

Minimum of 2+ years of grant writing or grant-funded program experience, with a preference for U.S. Government grant experience

Proven success in securing or renewing grant funding

Familiarity with grant budgets and programmatic reporting

Experience with relational databases, preferably Salesforce
