Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, Workers Compensation, and liability insurance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security systems. Preferred certifications : OSHA 10 / 30, First Aid / CPR.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety, security, and compliance programs. This role is responsible for protecting employees, visitors, and assets while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety and security policies in line with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
- Manage SDS documentation, chemical labeling, and PPE compliance.
- Coordinate and deliver training, including new hire orientation and emergency response.
- Monitor security systems and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
- Support crisis management and business continuity planning.
