Youll have the chance to put your skills to the test, managing the production department that plans and executes production of electronic products

Were looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience managing production of electronics products in an AS9100 quality environment. Extensive experience in production planning managing stockrooms and inventory control and managing a team of test engineers and the test of electronic products

Overview of your day-to-day : Complete responsibility for the production department activities and personnel. Some of the activities include :

• Production Outsourcing of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), wiring harnesses, and mechanical parts (including planning and kitting)
• Production of wiring harnesses
• Final assembly of products
• Test and troubleshooting of products
• Production forecasting and planning
• Stock room management
• Managing products returned from customers under an RMA
• Recommends salaries and other financial incentive to COO.
• Responsible for resources required to meet scheduled Production activities on time
• Provides periodic reports to corporate management.
