The Global Benefits Benchmarking / D&A Consultant is a career opportunity that offers diversified project and client exposure across Global Benefits Management initiatives. The role supports a variety of client projects where Benchmarking and / or Data & Analytics is a core component.

What The Day Will Look Like

Benchmarking (50%)

• Support client projects in Benchmarking and Data & Analytics, working independently through completion within established time frames and financial parameters to achieve overall client deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and present results as an integral part of a collaborative client service team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of our benchmarking spectrum and various offerings / capabilities.
• Interact with the Market Research team to deliver benchmarking services.
• Apply strong technical skills (actuarial background preferred) to peer‑review the results of Quantum studies.

Data & Analytics Project Delivery (50%)

The salary range for this position (U.S. applicants only) is $92,000 to $122,000 annually. The salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for annual incentive plans and a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
