Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and will assist senior accounting staff with daily financial operations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for a career in accounting — all within a supportive, professional, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general ledger tasks.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process and post financial transactions, including journal entries, to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes under the supervision of a senior accountant.
• Aid in the preparation for internal and external audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and assist with their resolution.
• Perform administrative tasks and support special accounting projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience : Previous accounting internship or 1+ years of general accounting experience preferred (upcoming graduates also encouraged to apply).
