Job details Spherion Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Service Support Specialist for a short-term assignment with the potential for permanent placement. This role is central to Dickinson and Bismarck operations, ensuring the financial and service records are precise and customers receive professional support.
Dates : March 2 - Early April ... Schedule : Full-time (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM)
Pay $24 / hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Based in Bismarck, ND, with bi-weekly travel to the Dickinson office
Responsibilities :
- Assist service managers with work order dispatching and Preventive Maintenance (PM) contract renewals, specifically for the Dickinson location
- Process and maintain service and sheet metal job records, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Match receiving slips to invoices and verify technician timecards against work orders to ensure billing accuracy
- Direct incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Support month-end close-outs, accounts receivable / payable, and collections
