Job Title : Java Full Stack Engineer

Location : Plano, TX (Onsite)

Duration : 09 months contract

Pay Range : $(50.00 – 55.00) / hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS , and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using modern engineering standards, cloud-native principles, and best practices. This role requires hands-on expertise across both backend and frontend technologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performing Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular (if applicable).
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB / RDS, CloudWatch, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle : requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, security, performance , and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (8 / 11 / 17) and object-oriented design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud , and Microservices architecture.
  • Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs .
  • Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation / Terraform is a plus).
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional depending on your need).
  • Good understanding of CI / CD pipelines , containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile / Scrum environment.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
