We're seeking a systems-savvy and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to strengthen our finance team. You'll ensure that financial workflowsspanning billing, procurement, manufacturing, and reportingrun efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong analytical, systems, and process skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll work across teams to improve visibility into company spend, manufacturing costs, and financial performance.

Responsibilities :

• Support financial workflows across billing, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Reconcile financial data across ERP and operational systems for accuracy.
• Analyze spend and production trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to inform financial decisions.
• Partner with Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement to maintain accurate financial data.
• Document and refine financial process workflows and controls.
• Support projects related to system integration and process automation.
• Track Accounts Payable activity and ensure clear visibility into spend across programs and manufacturing.
• Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to streamline workflows and improve cost tracking.
• Support spend forecasting by consolidating procurement, production, and budget data.
• Provide actionable insights into spend trends and production cost drivers.
