Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities for assigned accounts and ensure compliance with customer requirements
Manage repair costs through estimate, audit, and approval processes
Coordinate and follow up on scheduled and unscheduled repair events
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years' relevant industry experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple projects with high volumes of events
Must be a good team player
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
