A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely in the Eastern time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communications
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure accurate and timely billing
Assist with project set-up, account reconciliations, and annual financial audit preparations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
No prior experience required; accounting / finance experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in the engineering / construction or services industry is required
Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision is preferred
