Position Overview :

Join our Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) and experience variety and growth in your nursing career. This role offers the opportunity to rotate between Emergency Department Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU units. Every shift presents new challenges and experiences, allowing you to expand your clinical skills in a dynamic environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)

Compensation : Base pay ranging from $37.50 - $56.25, with opportunities for performance-based increases.

Schedule Details :

Self-scheduling with options to accommodate work-life balance.

36 hours per week with twelve-hour shifts.

Minimum commitment of two Mondays, two Fridays, and one weekend every six weeks.

Holiday rotation includes one summer and one winter holiday.

What You'll Do :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, adapting to various workflows seamlessly.

Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patients, plan interventions, and evaluate care outcomes.

Collaborate with health care teams to coordinate and implement discharge plans effectively.

Promote patient safety and improve care processes through evidence-based practices.

What We're Looking For :

Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry; 2 years preferred.

Must be flexible to meet scheduling requirements.

Training & Development :

RNs will receive training in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
