[job_card.job_description]Self-scheduling with options to accommodate work-life balance. 36 hours per week with twelve-hour shifts. Minimum commitment of two Mondays, two Fridays, and one weekend every six weeks. Holiday rotation includes one summer and one winter holiday. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, adapting to various workflows seamlessly. Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patients, plan interventions, and evaluate care outcomes. Collaborate with health care teams to coordinate and implement discharge plans effectively. Promote patient safety and improve care processes through evidence-based practices. Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry; 2 years preferred. Must be flexible to meet scheduling requirements. RNs will receive training in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.

This role offers the opportunity to rotate between Emergency Department Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU units. Every shift presents new challenges and experiences, allowing you to expand your clinical skills in a dynamic environment.
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : 3rd Shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
