As a Salon Manager, your day at Sandy Dav Studios would be dynamic and rewarding. The Salon Manager responsible for managing the front desk operations of the spa, which includes greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that the spa runs smoothly. You would have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. Your day may also include promoting spa services and products to clients, handling cash and credit card transactions, and coordinating with other team members within the spa to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk operations of the spa, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience

• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including stocking supplies and organizing equipment, and light cleaning

• Communicate with the staff to ensure that appointments run smoothly and efficiently

• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records

• Promote spa services and products to clients, and encourage them to book future appointments

• Manage social media accounts and post content daily

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Technical skills, ability to quickly learn the scheduling and POS software

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Knowledge of spa services and products preferred

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Compensation

• Type: Full-time 34-40 hours per week

• Base pay: $16-$18 / hour, plus bonuses and commission

• Benefits: 401K match, paid vacation, and product and service discounts within the Salon and Spa
