Part Time Retail Store Associate

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our continued success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

As a Store Associate, you will actively connect with customers, addressing their needs by recommending the right products, services, and solutions to enhance their experience. You will help create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhancing our store's visual and merchandising standards, freight, and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. The Store Associate will support a customer-centric environment, engagement with the local community, all while contributing to a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values of Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. In addition, as an entry level Store Associate, you will be trained in technology and print products / services, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge to assist customers effectively. You will apply cutting-edge sales principles to create satisfying customer interactions, contributing to the growth of our business.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Customer Centric Experience :

Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.

Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment.

Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion, at minimum, of Tech, Print, and other applicable training.

Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company's loss prevention efforts.
