Clinical Recruiter

A company is looking for an Associate Recruiter- Clinical to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates through various channels

Manage ATS and internal job postings while implementing best practices

Conduct candidate screenings and maintain relationships to ensure a strong candidate pipeline

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, focusing on outbound sourcing

Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency

Ability to utilize various social media platforms for talent sourcing

Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience with high volume KPI / Metrics; Greenhouse experience is a plus
