Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely resolutions
Document claim activities efficiently, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses)
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Experience with claims and business software
