BANNER HEALTH , one of the countrys premier, nonprofit health care networks and  BANNER MEDICAL GROUP (BMG),  Banner Health's employed physician group, with more than 1,500 physicians and advance practice providers,  has an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, skilled clinician to join our interdisciplinary team! This position serves the growing community in Northern Colorado at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, the qualified candidate will provide primarily inpatient care helping patients and their families deal with serious life-threatening illnesses and symptom management.

Position Requirements and Information :

• BC / BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Fellowship training in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
• Experience preferred, new graduates also welcome to apply
• Primarily inpatient coverage with clinic once per week
• Monday-Friday work schedule with 4 10 hour shifts / week
• 8-10 patients per day; treating patients with cancer, dementia, neurological disorders and other illnesses
• No evenings, weekends, or call
• Desire and ability to help grow Palliative Care within the community
• Build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues and patients
• Current team is comprised of 2 NPs, MSW, and a Practice Coordinator
• Hospital privileges at North Colorado Medical Center
