We’re partnering with a top-tier commercial interiors organization (name confidential) to find a Business Development Executive who lives for building connections and opening doors—literally and figuratively.

This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk kind of role. This is for the people who thrive at networking events, enjoy learning how companies operate, and get excited about transforming workplaces into inspiring environments.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving) :

✨ Meeting new people… constantly ✨ Building relationships with executives, influencers, and A&D professionals ✨ Identifying business opportunities before anyone else sees them ✨ Connecting clients with the right solutions to elevate their workspaces ✨ Collaborating with design and project teams to bring workplace visions to life ✨ Representing a brand that values creativity, curiosity, and connection

You’re a Fit If You :

  • Live in Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Appleton
  • Are a natural connector—people genuinely enjoy talking with you
  • Have 3–7+ years in business development, sales, or a relationship-driven role
  • Prefer a consultative, human-first approach (no transactional vibes here)
  • Can juggle long sales cycles, client strategy sessions, and networking coffees with ease
  • Love seeing a project go from concept → strategy → beautifully finished workspace

Bonus points if you already have connections in the commercial real estate, architecture & design, or workplace solutions world.
