No prior ABA experience? No problem!

We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role.

Competitive pay :   $18- $25 / hour , based on experience and location

Flexible schedules : Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours / week)

What You'll Do :

Work 1 : 1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

Accurately track data and progress in real-time

Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

$18-$25 / hour  depending on qualifications and market

Set your preferred availability—weekday, evening, and weekend options available

Work close to home; we serve families throughout  Dearborn and surrounding areas

Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding
