A company is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical transformation strategy to support medical cost management and quality performance

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals

Manage third-party vendor partners to scale clinical programs and establish performance metrics for accountability

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in managed care, health plan operations, or population health management

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field

Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and value-based care models

Proven track record in developing scalable clinical programs that improve outcomes

Experience leveraging analytics and technology for clinical and operational improvement
