Were hiring a hands-on detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help keep one of the most peaceful and well-respected outdoor properties in Southern California looking its best. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work enjoys being outdoors and knows their way around landscaping tools and equipment including a backhoe.

About the Role :

As the Groundskeeper youll be responsible for maintaining the propertys lawns trees gardens and walkways ensuring everything looks pristine safe and inviting. Youll operate tractors weed eaters and other power tools daily and play an important part in preparing sites for special events and ceremonies.

What Youll Do :

• Mow lawns trim trees and maintain landscaped areas
• Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors weed eaters and power tools
• Safely operate a backhoe for site preparation and maintenance
• Clear debris empty trash receptacles and ensure walkways and roads remain clear and safe
• Water prune and maintain the health of plants trees and grass
• Support setup and cleanup for scheduled events and ceremonies
• Assist with general maintenance and janitorial tasks across the property
• Occasionally work weekends or holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $22$25 / hr (DOE)

Once perm - Pay could increase up to $28 / hr

Full-time 40 hours per week
