We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Professional Nurse to join our infectious disease unit. In this vital role, you will assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the care of assigned patients throughout their hospital stay, focusing on a smooth transition toward discharge. You will be integral to the caregiving team, ensuring that all patients receive competent and compassionate care across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assessing and managing the needs of patients throughout their care journey.
• Coordinating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Fostering supportive interactions with patients, families, and referring facilities.
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other privacy standards.
