A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator - HEDIS.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality reviews of delegated entities and resolve quality issues
Audit medical records and analyze data for quality improvement initiatives
Coordinate and chair meetings with delegated entities and compile quality improvement reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
3+ years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience
2+ years of experience in a quality function in a healthcare setting
LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred
CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred
