A company is looking for a Lead Instructor, Technical Interview Prep for Spring 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Lead online class sessions for 300-450 college students, focusing on achieving learning objectives
Review course material and plan engaging lessons using provided curriculum
Collaborate with the Program Manager and co-instructors to oversee the course and implement feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full-time experience in a software development / engineering role
Availability to lead lectures during specified course times
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts
Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java
Experience in teaching or training in educational or online environments
