Remote EAP Counselor

A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counseling and support services to employees and their families

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health topics

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field

Current licensure as a mental health professional

Experience in providing counseling services, preferably in an EAP setting

Knowledge of mental health issues and crisis intervention techniques

Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload
