Senior Building Inspector

The Clark County Building Department is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Senior Building Inspector within our Administrative Code Enforcement Team. In this role, you will conduct a wide range of commercial and industrial inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and Clark County Building Administrative Codes. Beyond inspections, you will apply code enforcement procedures to address violations, investigate complaints, and determine whether hazardous or life-safety conditions exist.

Valid ICC or other nationally recognized inspection certifications must be submitted at the time of application. All applications that do not include this information will be considered incomplete and not eligible to move forward in the selection process.
