Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Continuity Platform Administrator to support enterprise-wide continuity, risk, and resilience programs. The role focuses on platform administration, user support, process coordination, and ensuring the organization remains prepared for operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SaaS-based Business Continuity platforms.
- Provide day-to-day user assistance, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, reports, and continuity-related materials.
- Assist with audits, risk assessments, program tracking, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with IT, Operations, Risk, and Leadership teams.
- Support Business Continuity lifecycle tasks, planning, exercises, and readiness checks.
- Create clear presentations, analysis reports, and communication materials.
- Manage administrative tasks including project plans, schedules, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
35 years in Business Continuity, Risk Management, SaaS platform admin, or similar.Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM) concepts; ISO 22301 knowledge preferred.Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and end-user support.Excellent communicationable to produce high-quality documentation and presentations.Exceptional organizational skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills.Proficient with :
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)ServiceNow , JiraCollaboration tools (Teams, Confluence, etc.)Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)Professional certifications :CBCP , MBCI , or similar Business Continuity credentials.
