Vascular Surgeon – Permanent Position in Pueblo, CO

Position Overview :

As a key member of our vascular surgery team, you will provide comprehensive vascular care, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary network of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating a broad spectrum of vascular diseases, including preoperative assessment and post-operative follow-up. The role involves participation in both outpatient and inpatient care, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert vascular surgical care, including both open and endovascular procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of vascular surgeons and physician assistants to deliver coordinated, patient-centered services.
• Utilize the dedicated hybrid operating room with block time for complex cases.
• Coordinate with full-time vascular technicians to optimize diagnostic and procedural support.
• Maintain documentation within the EPIC EMR system, ensuring accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards as required.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the education and mentorship of residents and other team members.
