Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a well-regarded law firm with a strong presence in California. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle substantive general litigation matters, including drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support complex litigation cases.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators while gaining hands-on courtroom and trial experience.

• Maintain direct client engagement and contribute to strategic case development.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of solid general litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Experience with dispositive motions, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Hybrid schedule available after 90 days (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
