Human Resources Technician
Under general supervision, this position performs technical and administrative duties in a confidential manner relating to the functional aspects of the Human Resources Department. Is responsible for performing various Human Resources functions to include recruitment, onboarding, personnel action changes, maintenance of personnel database and records, as well as training. An employee in this classification shall demonstrate excellent customer service skills and professionalism in working with employees, vendors, applicants and the general public. Reports to Assistant Human Resources Director or designee.
The Town of Davie operates on a four (4) day work week schedule (10 hours per day). This position's schedule will be Monday-Thursday either 7 : 00am - 5 : 30m or 7 : 30am-6 : 00pm in person @ the Human Resources Department.
