ArchWell Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient position focused on providing preventative care to seniors. The role emphasizes quality patient interactions with small panel sizes, innovative technology, and a supportive team environment, ensuring a better work / life balance. The physician will join a rapidly-growing medical group dedicated to improving healthcare delivery for older adults in Lincoln, Nebraska.

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its new and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in Lincoln, Nebraska!

Job Highlights :

  • Outpatient position only (senior patients aged 65 years and older)
  • Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm (NO extended hours or weekends)
  • Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
  • Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
  • Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology
  • State-of-the-art facilities that are newly built and located directly within the community

Benefits :

  • Employed, Full-Time Position
  • Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

    • Qualifications :

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates
  • Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
  • Physician must have an active, non-probationary Nebraska medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Nebraska medical licensure
