A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to assist in the preparation and retrieval of medical records and documents for claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the document retrieval process, including implant invoices and medical record components

Scan, upload documents, and manually report records to clients in support of the recovery team

Manage client work queues and assist in compiling client reconciliations and adjustments

Requirements and Qualifications

High School Diploma required

1 year of document control experience desired

Experience with electronic document management in a healthcare setting desired

Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications

Regular and predictable attendance is required
