Now hiring a qualified LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse with Home Health, Geriatric or related nursing experience.

Fort Collins, CO

Local LPN Pay:

• $40/hour
• $60/hour overtime
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.

LPN Job Details:

• Provide hands-on nursing care for seniors.
• Deliver direct participant care in home settings.
• Administer meds, treatments, and monitor health changes.
• Assist with assessments, vitals, and wound care.
• Document care and communicate updates to care team.
• Support chronic disease management and education.
• Promote participant safety and quality standards.

Schedule and Timeline:

• Now hiring for ASAP start dates.
• 13-week direct contract with extension options.
• 40 hours weekly with potential for overtime.
• 10-hour day shifts.

LPN Qualifications:

• CO or multistate LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year + of home health, LTC or related nursing experience.
• AHA BLS.
• Ability to clear compliance requirements.
