Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic physician recruitment plans

Partner with external physician search firms to enhance recruitment efforts

Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding process for newly hired physicians

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

2-3 years of relevant physician recruiting experience

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians

Ability to build relationships with medical schools and professional associations
