A company is looking for a Training Solutions Specialist to expand their training portfolio and drive revenue growth within existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets
Identify and qualify prospective clients to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of training solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 4+ years of proven sales success)
2 to 5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably within training or professional services
Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative sales techniques
Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Demonstrated customer service excellence and strong self-motivation
