Develop and implement growth strategies for the business, identifying new spend opportunities and driving spend on card portfolios. Execute strategies for new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of accounts, prioritizing efforts across the portfolio. Monitor portfolio of early-tenure customers, high-potential customers, and / or high-spending customers, marketing to and engaging customers by linking their business priorities to American Express’s value proposition. Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with data mining and data analysis. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following : performing data analysis to gain organizational insights and improve efficiency of the reporting environment; conducting qualitative analysis and market research; programming using Python; using MS Excel to structure data and generate models and reports; and performing data analysis and forecasting using A / B testing, Confluence, Jira, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
