Finance and Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Analyst who can manage financial reporting and accounting operations while supporting finance processes in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders

Manage and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while streamlining finance processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance / accounting roles, preferably in startup environments

Strong understanding of cash basis and GAAP basis accounting

Hands-on experience managing AR / AP processes

Experience preparing reports for leadership and external stakeholders

Excellent Excel skills with moderate financial modeling familiarity
