Key Responsibilities
Co-lead portfolio planning and prioritization for scaled marketing campaigns
Standardize operations and manage high-impact campaigns, including cross-functional rituals
Define and report Creative Ops KPIs while facilitating stakeholder engagement and change management
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years in creative / design / marketing operations, including 4+ years in program management
Proven experience in scaling creative production across various digital platforms
Expertise in agency / vendor management, including sourcing and performance management
Proficiency in content management systems and design / production workflows
Experience with AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
