Senior Marketing Specialist

As the senior marketing specialist, you will be under general direction by a Head of Product. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth of the AAA Discounts & Rewards and AAA Tickets programs by fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. This individual will be responsible for analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, delivering impactful business reviews, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, and providing exceptional communication to support our partners' success. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Partner Growth & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business partners, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities for partners by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Collaborate with partners to develop strategies that drive mutual success and revenue growth.
• Proactively address partner concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support all aspects of launching new partnerships
• Coordinate and support member, employee, and organizational events

The starting pay range for this position is :

$67,600.00 - $90,000.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
