This is a full-time position that works Monday – Friday 8 : 30am -5 : 30pm. The pay is $17 -19 per hour with merit increases depending on experience and qualifications. This role is located at our center : 1 118 W Oak Ridge Rd, Orlando, FL 32809

The Assistant Director at Oaks Ridge Children’s Academy plays a key leadership role in supporting the Executive Director with the day-to-day management of the preschool. You’ll oversee staff supervision, assist with program implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards, all while fostering a warm and welcoming environment for children and families. This role requires a hands-on approach to both administrative and operational tasks, including supporting enrollment, staff development, and family engagement.
