Job Description : Operations Controller – Regional Planning & Forecasting Position Overview The Operations Controller is a key financial and operational partner responsible for leading planning, forecasting, and accounting processes for a defined geographic region within the business unit. This role ensures that regional financial plans align with broader business segment expectations, supports strategic decision‑making, and drives operational performance through strong analytical insight and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial projections for the assigned region.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure planning assumptions are aligned with business segment guidance and strategic priorities.

Competencies

Compensation Range : $120,000-$180,000 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.  Asplundh reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Asplundh offers a competitive total rewards package inclusive of health and wellness benefits, fringe benefits and paid time off.
