About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional, empathetic support to patients, clients, and internal teams. This role involves answering incoming calls, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate with team members on the customer service floor and may have direct patient contact for orthotic fittings, including post-mastectomy and diabetic footwear fittings.

Location : Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records in internal systems.
• Communicate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform sales order entry and data entry tasks.
• Assist with product assembly, inventory management, and stocking.
• Understand insurance verification processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.
