Responsibilities

Offer best in class travel consultation for Altour clients. Quote and book accurate domestic & international air, car and hotel reservations. Additional duties include but are not limited to ad hoc client requested administrative tasks, reports and analysis.

This role has a rotating schedule every two weeks (Week 1-2 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm ET; Week 3-4 9 : 30am-6 : 30pm ET; Week 5-6 11 : 00am-8 : 00pm ET)

Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual environment.

• Deliver extraordinary customer service to onsite passengers and their administrative staff.

Greet all clients warmly and with enthusiasm.

Utilization of client and Altour negotiated programs when applicable.

Productivity - measured by transactions per month

Qualifications

Exceptional / above & beyond, proactive customer service approach

Ability to retain and proactively obtain travel preferences

Specifically : GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing

Leadership Abilities :

Takes direction, offers suggestions, and asks for appropriate guidance when applicable

Proactively offers support when ability matches need

May seek minimal guidance, but generally has solution at hand
