Insight supports thousands of users and helps streamline training, reporting, and compliance through an integrated, user-friendly system.

Were looking for a Director of Data & Information Technology to lead our IT Operations and Data teams, drive our data strategy, and ensure reliability, security, and scalability across all systems. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, partnering across the organization to ensure our tools and technology meet business and customer needs.

What Youll Do

• Lead the companys data strategy, governance, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, device management, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure system uptime, SaaS performance, and secure access to critical data.
• Own cybersecurity, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.), risk assessments, and incident response.
• Lead and develop a team including IT Operations, Data, Database, and Site Reliability roles.
• Partner across departments to evaluate needs and implement scalable technology solutions.
