Program / Project Manager I

Centurum is seeking a Program / Project Manager I to support Navy C4I(S) and ISEA operations in Port Hueneme, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Navy communication systems, inventory / warehouse operations, and ISEA capabilities analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Navy C4I(S) ISEA capabilities analysis and maintenance data calls.
  • Perform warehouse inventory control management using government-approved applications.
  • Operate government vehicles, forklifts, electric carts, and overhead cranes for warehouse operations.
  • Receive, inventory, warehouse, and maintain Radio Frequency Communication Systems materials.
  • Conduct routine spot checks and annual 100% parts inventories.
  • Apply prior knowledge working with :

Extremely High Frequency (EHF)

  • Super High Frequency (SHF)
  • Global Broadcast System (GBS)
  • KA Band
  • Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Processor (TIP)
  • Navy Multi-band Terminal (NMT)

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance.
  • 1+ year of recent experience with Navy C4I(S) and ISEA capabilities.
  • Current forklift and overhead crane certifications (must maintain).
  • Prior hands-on knowledge of EHF, SHF, GBS, KA Band, TIP, or NMT systems.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Prior working knowledge of MILSATCOM systems, including :

    • EHF, SHF, GBS, TIP, ATIP, NMT

  • Prior working knowledge of COMSATCOM systems, including :

    • CWSP, CBSP, NSLC-A, TV-DTS / INMARSAT, ESRP, or AC2.

    Remarks

  • Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
