What you’ll do as a Business Analyst (Salesforce) :

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at IP Corporation, you’ll serve as the bridge between our commercial teams and IT organization to optimize how we use Salesforce to drive business growth, improve customer relationships, and streamline sales and service processes. You’ll analyze workflows, define requirements, and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the platform’s functionality, data integrity, and user adoption across multiple operating companies.

What you can expect to do as a Business Analyst (Salesforce) :

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and system specifications for configuration and development.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of enhancements to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Partner with developers and administrators to validate configurations, perform UAT, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs that drive visibility into pipeline, opportunities, customer accounts, and sales performance.
• Conduct data analysis and ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Provide end-user support and develop training materials to promote adoption and best practices across the business.
• Assist in evaluating new Salesforce releases and recommending process or feature improvements.

The annual salary range below is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Transparency Range

$90,000.00 — $110,000.00 USD
